About Gyokuro Tea
Gyokuro and matcha both come from the same tea leaves, but their final flavor depends on how they are processed.
Gyokuro leaves are shaded before harvest and dried without being ground, preserving their umami-rich character and elegant aroma.
Gyokuro accounts for less than 1% of Japan’s total tea production, making it one of the country’s most prized teas.
These beverages were developed under the supervision of professional tea masters, ensuring an authentic balance of flavor and texture.
